Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to the nature of HGH products. This includes:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or handling

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thesah.org with proof of purchase (order confirmation).
  2. After we confirm your request, return the product to the address provided by our team.
  3. Once received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Products returned after 14 days but within 21 days (with a 20% restocking fee).
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at support@thesah.org for exchanges.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
